Join CMHA for the second edition of Check In Don't Check Out featuring Tyler Smith, survivor of the 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash, Amazing Race Canada winner, and founder of Not Alone Co.

This event will shine a light on the importance of mental health, particularly among men who face unique challenges in seeking help and support. The need for conversation is paramount as males account for more than 75% of suicides in Canada.
